Colonel (U.S. Army Retired) Derek Johnson brings decades of distinguished military and law enforcement leadership to Victory Regional Public Safety Training & Readiness Center. His career spans combat deployments, special operations advisory roles, and senior command positions.
Under Colonel Johnson's vision, Victory was conceived not simply as a training facility, but as a strategic readiness platform — one that brings together local, state, federal, and military partners under a single mission: preparing public safety professionals for every threat they may face.
His commitment to excellence, accountability, and partnership has positioned Victory as a model for regional cooperation and training innovation across the Southeast.
